What should be done by Government?

It is a big question. But one can start something that has to be done by Government right away. One unique identity card for each and every person. This will probably help to relieve many people from some stupid unwanted requirement of current residence. I am not able to open PPF due to this cause. My current residence changed frequently. At least, C-DAC accommodation is comfortable in this sense.
There are some things that is in human mind as a very bad fact. A place where do you live in night for three months that is your current address. I had read this somewhere. But as a requirement of current address, where people can be accessible and people can get the post easily. Is not that much requirement. So, Government should have a countrywide registry of people, where one can able to update current residence status.(At some time back, I was aware of address change at post-office. When your address changes, go to post-office. make a request to post master. You post will be delivered at your current location).
There may be some problems in this scenarios. If somebody do not updates the location in the registry. If registry also became altered or inaccessible.
From the above requirements, there are many genuine issues that has to be done by Government right away.
In 62 years of independence, we are not able to reach all the people. We do not have exact status of their life style. Do Government know the name of a street boy?
There are many little little big problem?
Just start as a drive to get through. I hope, it will work.

RECESSION

Everyone is talking about recession. It is the time, we have to think about something about our life style and view to see our life. Will we learn something concrete?

The most fundamental thing of any balanced ecological process is cycle. if ecological cycle exists, everything exists otherwise everything dies. Here we can find similarity. It is with economics. We are participating as one node of link of cash flow. If we are not fair about our responsibility we actually weakening the link and one of the link breakes by each individual failure of responsibility. It may be possible that we are lazy to come or make a link live with a great participation. But it does not give freedom to not performing the appropriate task of the existing link.

We can survive with food, cloth and selter. How much it costs? Although this question is inherently wrong. We should ask about the associated effort rather than cost. Cost is defined only to measure the effort. But this fact is almost forgotten.

It is human nature, we always make our satisfaction level low without comparing them to mass.

But, If we want to assess our basic requirement. One sqaure feet of rice field in one year can give you two days of rice. So, you need at least 183 sqaure feet of rice field for your life. and similar calculation can be done for each and every components of our food. Next is cloth, we can have two set of clothes per year(assuming, everyone is equal, smart and wise). And if we want to calculate its source and effort. It is ok to come back to Gandhian thought. Charkha.

Next is selter. Due to western culture, we can not live with our family as joint family. I would like to live independent. It may be in other mode of living. there are many diverse type of living is coming to present society. But if there is recession, It will great to stick with old tradition. In this way, there is nothing that is happening can be called as panic. But, why does it not making any sense? This is actually the another fact that is main cause of this panic situation. Somebody said, greediness have no limit and snatches other's basic needs.
I am not in favour of only fullfilling the basic needs. But, there should be some balance between our basic needs and non-basic needs(It is another question that entertainment will be in non-basic need or not). and some thing like type of entertainment. RAJ, BHOG OR SATYA. I also remember the term “ASIM ANAND”. if you worship, you get “ASIM ANAND”. Go for worship in place of cinema and other type of your favourite entertainment means. It is great in the time of cost cutting.

In Education. we should teach for boosting the our links first then other aspect of subjects and with proper ratio among the students. We should again think our curriculum , so that a student can provide boost to economic links in wrost time without much extra education.

We are going far in online things. It is great to do all stuffs at desktop. But why are we jogging for two three hours per day. Why not those time invested in the things which is done via online. There are many such concerns. If we want seriously to do something with recession/loss of our identity, We have to take some decisions on molding our needs and striving for fullfilling those needs without caring those greedy people.
Greediness have effect of some uneven distribution of fullfilment of basic needs/Cycle break. And in one word “RECESSION”.

A person is helpless when he/she is not evaluating the power of his/her words. As being a social animal, he/she should not tell the things as heart speaks off. Some people do it with precaution and after getting assurance of not being affect their personal relations and communication done in the umbrella of professionalism.

Somewhere told, you can not revert back which has been told. So, each word is actually a flower or a gun to flourish your personality or destroy.

It makes the need of the communication to be done with purpose and associated values. Silence is better than a bad communication/communication done for sake of satisfaction of killing nature of human. It should not be ruled by emotions that is always a shadow of dominating nature.

I have no confidence to describe the situation who made me to think upon it. But one should always try to make him/her comfortable in their communication when clashes happen between the professional and personal interactions. Some chooses professionalism without said precaution to mention it. That is where it is called a mistake and bad communication(my definition :) ) in the vocabulary of communication.

And given the remaining change to the lady. I just forward my 100Rs. note to the Shopkeeper. Shopkeeper told, "I can not give you the change. Love, the feelings, can be recaptured.
--from The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey
